Lloyd Sederer, M.D., is a psychiatrist, public health doctor, and medical journalist. He is Adjunct Professor at the Columbia/Mailman School of Public Health and served for 12 years as the Chief Medical Officer for the New York State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. He is a frequent contributor to a variety of online and print publications. He participated in their Bellagio Center residency in 2009.
