There is a growing global consensus on the threats posed by fragile states, but we still lack the approaches & tools to address the risks these states create. We convened an important & optimistic group, including former president of Liberia Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and late former United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan to ask, “How should meet the challenge of state fragility?” Hear their responses.
