The Rockefeller Foundation is set to announce its new national Covid-19 testing and tracing action plan. In addition to a national strategy to fight the virus, the plan is also calling for an additional $75 billion from the government for more testing. Dr. Jonathan Quick is the managing director of pandemic response, preparedness and prevention at the Rockefeller Foundation. He joins “Squawk Box” to discuss.
