Bellagio Residency: March 2023
Project: “Exploring Artificial Intelligence Through Children’s Books”
Afua Bruce is a leading technology expert whose focus is on promoting equity and public interest through new combinations of technology and policy. During her March 2023 residency, she worked on a children’s novel about the use of AI within communities. Afua is currently the Principal of the ANB Advisory Group, a consulting firm that supports organizations developing, implementing, or funding responsible data and technology. She is also an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon University and an affiliate at Harvard Kennedy School’s Berkman Klein Center.
