Project: “Regional model of collaborative emissions abatement by shared NDCs”
Alex Godoy-Faúndez is a widely published scholar and international advisor and advocate for sustainability. He has served as a member of the High-Level Panel of Experts Steering Committee on Food Security and Nutrition at the UN FAO and as Review Editor for Working Group III of the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report. Alex visited Bellagio in August 2023 to advance green economic transition and climate policy to help governments achieve climate mitigation goals internationally. He is currently the Director of the Sustainability Research Center at the Universidad del Desarrollo School of Engineering, a Scholar at Harvard University’s Weatherhead Center for International Affairs, and a Research Associate at Columbia University’s Earth Engineering Center.
