Project: “Draft a launch edition of a “signature” Tax Law Center report”
Chye-Ching Huang is a lawyer and leading tax law scholar. As an academic and practicing lawyer, her work has contributed to tax law, policy, and regulation all over the world. While in Bellagio in May 2023, she worked on the first in a series of signature reports to provide a public expert voice on tax legal matters and explain the meaning of tax law proposals intended to increase transparency around tax law processes and institutions in ways that make them more accessible and democratic. She has consulted for the International Budget Partnership on fiscal policymaking processes and institutions and is the founding executive director of the Tax Law Center at NYU Law.
