Project: “A People’s Guide to AI Book”
Diana Nucera aka Mother Cyborg is one half of A People’s Guide to Tech (APGT). APGT creates educational materials that foster a sense of agency and possibility toward technology. Together with Mimi Ọnụọha they create educational materials to help cultivate relationships with technology that highlight critical thinking and self-determination. Their work demystifies and grounds the understanding of emerging technology within our personal, political, and cultural relationships with one another and the planet. Through art, popular education, and critical pedagogy APGT opens up new ways of knowing, teaching, learning, and being, with the end goal of treating technology as a tool for liberation.
