Jennifer manages the Foundation’s approach to organizational performance. In this role, she designs approaches to align strategy, organizational culture, resources and performance monitoring to support effective decision-making and maximize the Foundation’s impact.
Prior to joining The Rockefeller Foundation in 2014, Jennifer was a Partnership consultant for Living Goods, a global health social enterprise in Nairobi. Before that, she spent three years at Save the Children US, where her roles included supporting efforts to embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, heading up learning and development, and managing strategic planning and reporting. Ms. Rosenzweig also served as a Senior Consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Practice, supporting large-scale change management efforts for U.S. Federal Government clients.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in Political Science and French from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Public Policy from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California.
