As an Innovation Lead, Lucia Zhou works across functions to implement and sustain a diverse spectrum of key Innovation initiatives and relationships. In addition to managing a portion of the data science grant portfolio—spanning climate, infrastructure, and data science for social impact—she also drives team operations, including budget planning, board and strategy meetings, and process management.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Lucia managed strategy development and operational implementation of the global supply chain for Calvin Klein, and in various innovation, consumer insights, product development, and partnership capacities for Estée Lauder Companies and at Haier Group.
Lucia is a graduate of Princeton University.
