Nathalia A. M. dos Santos is a network strategist and convener working at the intersection of leadership development and multilateral collaboration. As a Manager on the Connected Leaders Platform at The Rockefeller Foundation, she leads initiatives that activate cross-sectoral communities and position emerging leaders as force-extenders for the Foundation’s global goals. Her portfolio includes the Big Bets Climate Fellowship, high impact convenings at the Bellagio Center, and global partnerships advancing the Sustainable Development Goals.

Prior to joining RF, Nathalia worked with the United Nations Department of Peace Operations and Global Citizen, contributing to their advocacy campaigns. She began her career as a public law attorney in Brazil, negotiating landmark environmental settlements and advising Fortune 500 clients on impact-driven investments. A Columbia University SIPA graduate, Nathalia brings a legal mind, a systems lens, and a deep commitment to building purpose-driven networks that unlock transformative change.
