Joy Sinlawan

Pacharin Sinlawan joined The Rockefeller Foundation in January 2019 as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of the Asia Regional Office of the Rockefeller Foundation. She has over 16 years of administrative experience and has worked for many International organizations in a variety of capacities including Medecins Sans Frontieres, the American Council for International Labor Organizations, UNICEF, the University of Nebraska, Oxfam Great Britain and Leonard Cheshire. Joy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Social Work.
