Project: Evolution of policy and practice in contemporary homelessness through the work of Common Ground


Rosanne Haggerty is a policy and practice innovator who has transformed how communities address homelessness and the related conditions of social inequality. Her work centers on using collaborative, community-based strategies to create lasting solutions to the housing needs of vulnerable populations. Currently, she is the founder and CEO of Community Solutions, a nonprofit dedicated to making homelessness rare and brief through resilient, data-driven housing systems. She also is a MacArthur Fellowship recipient for her groundbreaking contributions to social change.
