Stephanie Winters, a professional cellist and award-winning nervous system coach, has performed over 3,000 concerts worldwide, including at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. The demands of her career inspired her to coach high-level professionals and teams to go from stressed to calm productivity. In 2024, Stephanie received the National Institutes of Health Director’s Award for her exceptional work as a resilience coach, fostering positive organizational culture and promoting staff well-being at the NIH. She attended the Bellagio Center Residency alongside her partner in 2010.
