As Executive Assistant and Team Coordinator on the Power & Climate team, Taylor is an enabling force between the institution, its grantees, and key stakeholders. She supports project and organizational management for the team including implementing efficient and effective workflow processes, supporting budgeting and payout, and facilitating logistics and planning for convenings and retreats.
Before joining the Foundation, she held a range of roles in the non-profit and social impact space. Taylor managed content & speaker curation for NEXUS, a global community of next-gen philanthropists, impact investors, and social entrepreneurs determined to bring about the most promising solutions of our generation. While there, she worked to ensure the coverage of timely topics that the community sought to elevate and address. She spent time at Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), where she managed a working group of economists focused on country-level costing frameworks designed to help governments, development banks, and private foundations better understand the ongoing financing needs to meet national and regional development targets. Before SDSN, Taylor was a Consultant at the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) in the Division for Sustainable Development Goals, where she was tasked with early promotion & advocacy for the Global Goals, a shared universal blueprint for peace and prosperity.
She holds an MA in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School and a BA in International Affairs from Trinity Washington University, where she sits on the Board of Alumnae.
