Andrew is a Senior Associate on the Mission 300 (M300) Accelerator team, a unit established by RF Catalytic Capital to help coordinate and support partners working together to advance the World Bank’s and African Development Bank’s commitment to help 300 million Africans gain access to electricity by 2030.
He most recently served as the Chief of Staff at ODI Global Washington, one of the world’s leading global affairs think tanks. He previously served at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) as a Project Finance Specialist for the Office of Energy and the Office of Infrastructure focusing on Energy, Information and Communications Technologies, and Water Infrastructure project finance and political risk insurance transactions. Earlier in his career, he served as a Development Specialist in the Office of the Chief Development Officer, working on DFC’s development strategy.
