Meg Fosque

Meg Fosque serves as a Director for U.S. Program and Policy Initiative at The Rockefeller Foundation. In her role, Meg leads a portfolio of grants that support people, organizations, and collaborations working at the state and federal level to advance public policies that benefit America’s working families and spur greater investment in underserved communities.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Meg served as a director for labor unions and policy advocacy organizations, including UNITE-HERE and Make the Road New York, where she developed and led initiatives that advance economic opportunity for low and middle income workers and their communities.

Meg holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School, where she was an Ash Democracy fellow, and a BA in International Relations from the University of Virginia.
